Reducing the apprehension should begin with the first initial contact. Our interview will help you select the type of Massage Therapy that will be most appropriate for your needs and comfort level. After this we will schedule a day and time.

Upon arrival, you will fill out an information form to help me understand your needs even further. ALL information is confidential!
